The Family Help Center is seeking a part-time, Core Services support staff person to provide essential support services to families in Erie County seeking parental support and assistance with resources. This person also participates in short-term case management, which can include phone contact, home visits, including food pantry operations that include training and working with pantry volunteers, ordering and serving clients as needed.
This position should have experience working with diverse families with complex needs, crisis management, and case coordination and have a broad knowledge of the resources and services available in Erie County.
Requirements: Associate’s Degree in Human Services and 1-year experience working with families and children. Must possess a valid NYS driver’s license, own car, and acceptable driving record.
