Our Preventive Services Program aims at strengthening clients, enabling them to empower themselves to better their lives for their families and their communities in which they live. Through a comprehensive treatment plan, the program works with families to prevent placement of children in the foster care system and maintain a healthy family structure within the home. Families learn how to work effectively with their children, solve problems and have healthy relationships with services being provided right in their home environment. Positions available include Case Worker in our Intensive-Preventive Home-Based Services program and Team Leader in our Mandated Preventive program. Position is responsible to conduct in-home family assessment and work with family members to develop individualized service plan; provide short-term concrete and clinical services including intensive crisis intervention, ongoing individual and family counseling and parenting education services, linkage and advocacy. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in human service field with a minimum of 1 year direct service experience working with high-risk families. Car and clean license required.
