Lead Teacher UPK and School Age Classroom

The Lead Teacher will plan and implement a developmentally and age appropriate curriculum which takes into consideration the needs of the individual child and encourages the child’s social, cognitive, physical and emotional development. The Lead Teacher will promote problem solving, self-help and independence to build self-esteem. The Lead Teacher will develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with parents. The Lead Teacher will follow all Buffalo Public School guidelines.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Master’s preferred, with New York State Teaching Certification that includes B-2 component searchable on TEACH.
